Martin joined CCS in 2015 and brings over 20 years’ experience in corporate financial management, revenue growth strategies, M&A and fund-raising.
Prior to joining CCS, he was CFO at Cambridge Semiconductor, where he helped restructure the business, raised equity and debt finance, and subsequently oversaw its sale to Power Integrations. Prior to this, he was CFO at Polatis and Liquavista, two venture-backed technology businesses, where he oversaw fund raising from both equity and grants and established new operations in Asia.
Earlier in his career, he worked in the automotive sector for Pi Group, where he supported revenue growth from £8-25 million and sale of the business to Ford; and Cosworth, where he oversaw the turnaround from loss-making to successful sale to private investors.
Martin holds a BA in Economics and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
